7.6.1.2. Hearing Proceeding

The respondent will be given a hearing on the charges and possible sanctions before a three-member hearing panel of the Hearing Committee. He will also be entitled to a reasonable pre-hearing examination of all evidence that is to be relied upon by the compliance department or that is relevant to the complaint. The respondent must request the pre-hearing examination in writing.
