7.2.4. Commodity Customer Agreement

Once a prospective customer has provided the necessary personal and financial information in its application and affirmed that it has received the required risk disclosure documents, it is ready to enter into a commodity customer agreement. The commodity customer agreement is a contract authorizing an FCM or introducing broker to purchase and sell futures contracts and other derivatives transactions and to provide any related services in accordance with the customer’s instruction.
