Broker-dealers and investment advisers are required to provide new customers with Form CRS, which is a 1–2-page summary of important information about the customer relationship presented in a Q&A format. New customers should receive a copy of Form CRS at the beginning of the relationship, so that the form can be used to compare broker-dealers and investment advisers.
