Series 65: Contributions

Taken from our Series 65 Online Guide  Contributions

A contribution includes any gift, subscription, loan, advance, or deposit of money or anything of value made for the purpose of influencing a federal, state, or local election. This includes payments of campaign debts, as well payments that cover transition and inaugural expenses. A contribution made to a PAC or political party is acceptable if the contributions are not directed to a particular candidate.
