Other Prospectus Delivery Rules

Exchange Act Rule 15c2-8 imposes additional requirements on broker-dealers, including underwriters, individuals who serve as intermediaries between the issuer and the ultimate investors, and members of the selling group, who participate in the distribution of a security.

The broker-dealer must furnish the current preliminary prospectus for the security to anyone who requests a copy in writing, as long as the request is made a reasonable time before the effective date.
