Road Shows and Electronic Road Shows

A road show is a presentation about the issuer and the offering given by company management to prospective investors. A road show that is a “written communication” is considered to be a free writing prospectus. (Recall that a purely live presentation is generally not considered a written communication and therefore is not a free writing prospectus.)
