7.6.2.4. Initiation of Arbitration

Once an arbitration claim is filed, the NFA must promptly serve a copy of the claim to each person named as a respondent. If a guaranteed IB is named as a respondent, the NFA must promptly serve a copy of the claim on the FCM that guaranteed the IB during the time the acts involved in the claim occurred.
