Annual Financial Statements

In addition to the FOCUS reports, all broker-dealers (with rare exceptions) must file an annual financial statement that has been audited by an independent public accountant. This statement is to be submitted via Form X-17A-5 Part III.

The annual financial statement must be filed with the SEC office in the region where the firm has its principal place of business.
