3.6.9.3.1. General Disclosures

To qualify as an omitting prospectus, a registered investment company or a business development company must include in its advertisement a statement that:

Advises an investor to carefully consider the investment objectives, risks, charges, and expenses of the investment company before investing

Explains that the statutory prospectus contains this and other information about the investment company

Identifies a source from which an investor may obtain a statutory prospectus
