2.5.4.3.1. Simplified Arbitration

Claims involving $50,000 or less may adopt a simplified arbitration procedure if the customer (or the claimant, in the case of an industry dispute) requests one. With a simplified arbitration, neither a hearing nor a prehearing conference will be held. A single arbitrator will decide based strictly on the pleadings and other materials submitted by the parties.
