4.2.3.4. Underwriters Submit Information to DTC via NIIDS

After receiving the required information, the DTCC will mark the new issue as “trade eligible.”

The underwriter must send all required information to NIIDS within two business hours after the Time of Formal Award.

The Time of First Execution must be at least two hours after NIIDS registration.
