1.4.3.3. Form 10-Q

In addition to the annual report on Form 10-K, a public company must file quarterly reports on Form 10-Q for each of the first three quarters of its fiscal year. (The “Q” stands for quarterly.) A company does not need to file a 10-Q for its fourth fiscal quarter; it files a 10-K for the prior year instead.
