6.3.1. Purchase of Securities by the Issuer During a Third-party Tender Offer (Rule 13e-1)

Under Rule 13e-1, an issuer that has received notice that it is the subject of a tender offer that is already under way is generally prohibited from purchasing any of its equity securities during the tender offer. However, this prohibition will not apply if the issuer first:
