This is a registration form for all branch offices, stating the type of activities in which it will be engaged, the identities of all associated employees, and, if it is a branch of the New York Stock Exchange, its anticipated date of opening, the estimated number of its active accounts, and the cost of opening and equipping the new branch as a percent of its excess net capital.
