3.2.1.2.  Numbered Accounts

A numbered account is an account where only a number or a symbol instead of a name is used to identify the account. A numbered account is used when clients wish to preserve their anonymity; although, account holders are still required to register by filling out a client form attesting to the ownership of the account.
