2.7.1.4.  Net Capital Requirements for Different Types of Firms

Member firms must maintain certain net capital requirements.

If a firm discovers that its net capital is less than 120% of its required minimum, it must notify FINRA and the principal and regional offices of the SEC within 24 hours of the discovery.
