Prospectuses Used Before the Effective Date

If a prospectus used before the effective date contains substantive changes from, or additions to, the prospectus included in the registration statement, Rule 424(a) requires the filing of five copies of the prospectus. The prospectus must be filed no later than the date the prospectus is given or sent to prospective investors.
