3.1.9  Trade Shredding

No member or associated person may split orders into multiple smaller orders to maximize a monetary reward. A monetary reward may include credits, commissions, gratuities, payments for or rebates of fees, or any other payments of value to the member. This is called trade shredding and it is strictly prohibited.
