Form G-32 Information
Information required by Form G-32 is divided into issue-specific and security-specific information. These categories are different for certain securities, such as serial bonds, where each maturity has a different CUSIP number, yield, etc.
Issue-specific information includes:
- • Full issuer name
- • Issue description
- • Dated date
- • Expected closing date
- • Date and Time of Formal Award
- • Time of First Execution of the issue
- • Continuing disclosure information from the issuer
For municipal fund securities and issues that are ineligible for CUSIP number assignment, the issuer must also indicate its state of residence.
Security-specific information includes, for each security in the issue:
- • The nine-digit CUSIP number
- • The principal amount at maturity
- • The initial offering price
- • The initial offering yield
