Reporting Requirements

Sponsors of asset-backed securities must file annual financial reports with the SEC on Form 10-K and quarterly financial reports on Form 10-Q. Additionally, ABS distributions of interest, dividend, and principal payments to investors must be reported on Form 10-D. Form 10-D reports must be filed within 15 days after each scheduled distribution date, whether or not a distribution was actually made.
