Specified Settlement Instructions

Occasionally, a buyer or seller cannot make delivery in a regular way settlement, and the parties may agree to a delayed settlement. This can be accomplished in one of three ways. With a delayed delivery instruction, the parties will agree at the time of the transactions to deliver at a date specified on the confirmation ticket.
