Form G-32 Information

Underwriters must provide information to EMMA via its Form G-32. Information required by Form G-32 includes such issue-specific information as the:

  • Full issuer name and issue description
  • Dated date
  • Expected closing date
  • Date and Time of Formal Award
  • Time of First Execution of the issue
  • Existence of a continuing disclosure undertaking by the issuer

Form G-32 also requires security-specific information consisting of the:

  • Nine-digit CUSIP number
  • Principal amount at maturity
  • Initial offering price and the initial offering yield for each security in the issue

For issues of municipal fund securities and commercial paper, no security-specific information is required. For municipal fund securities and issues that are ineligible for CUSIP number assignment, the issuer must also indicate its state of residence.

Municipal fund securities and other securities that are ineligible for a CUSIP number must initiate the submission of Form G-32 information to EMMA on or prior to the date of first execution.

EMMA Dataport is the facility through which Form G-32 information and documents are posted to EMMA. An underwriter must provide Form G-32 information for all maturities that it underwrites.
