Fiduciary Accounts

Fiduciary accounts are accounts where a third party manages the account for a client. The third party is called the fiduciary. Fiduciaries may be investment advisers, bankruptcy trustees, executors of estate accounts or trust accounts, or guardians of minor accounts, but they all have a duty to put the account holder’s interests before their own.
