Form BR

Form BR is a registration form for all branch offices. The form must identify the type of activities the office will be engaged in, the names of all associated employees, whether the branch office is a branch of the New York Stock Exchange, its anticipated date of opening, the estimated number of its active accounts, and the cost of opening and equipping the new branch as a percent of its excess net capital.
