Form G-32 Information

Prior to the Time of First Execution, the underwriter must submit a Form G-32 to EMMA. Information required by Form G-32 is divided into issue-specific and security-specific information. These categories are different for certain securities, such as serial bonds, where each maturity has a different CUSIP number, yield, etc. Issue-specific information includes the full issuer name, issue description, dated date, expected closing date, the date and Time of Formal Award, Time of First Execution of the issue, and the existence of a continuing disclosure undertaking by the issuer.
