Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) and Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs)

The Bank Secrecy Act requires that broker-dealers report cash transactions of more than $10,000. These reports are called Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs). Broker-dealers who suspect unlawful behavior on transactions involving more than $5,000 should file a Suspicious Activity Report (SAR).

Their practice exams and quizzes push you to be prepared for the most difficult questions, enabling you to be over-prepared (better than the alternative!) for your exam. I received a 93% on the Series 7 and wish the regulators provided a score for the Series 63, but needless to say I passed. If I ever need to take a regulatory exam again, I will look to these guys first.

The audio books were really helpful since I'm on the go a lot. Her voice was a little obnoxious, but helpful.
