Series 79: Integration

Definition of the term Integration...

the treating of two or more offerings as a single offering by the SEC. It is based on factors such as whether the offerings have similar timing and/or a similar purpose, and the extent to which they may condition the market for one another. Additionally, SEC rules provide various safe harbors from it.
