Definition of the term Implied Share Price...

an estimate of the value of one share in a company. It can be calculated by dividing implied equity value by fully diluted shares outstanding (or in the case of a future IPO, by the planned number of shares outstanding). Its validity depends on making reasonable assumptions and using an appropriate valuation method.
