Definition of the term Large Accelerated Filer...

a company that has been subject to mandatory SEC filing for at least 12 months, has filed at least one Form 10-K, and has a public float of $700 million or more. A large accelerated filer must file a 10-K within 60 calendar days after the end of its fiscal year.
