Definition of the term Accelerated Filers...

companies whose common equity falls between a total value of $75 million and $700 million and who have been registered longer than 12 months are designated by the SEC as accelerated filers. Accelerated filers must file Form 10-K within 75 days of the end of the fiscal year.
