Solomon Exam Prep is pleased to announce that Widener University, in Chester, PA, is offering FIN 450 Financial Practices and Regulations in the spring 2020 semester. The 3-credit course incorporates Solomon Exam Prep’s Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam materials and is designed to give students a broad knowledge of the organization, management and regulation of financial markets, financial products and financial service providers. This broad exposure is intended to enable students to familiarize themselves with the ethical responsibilities, regulatory environment, and best practices of the investments and financial services industry. FIN 450 will be offered January 14th – May 5th, 2020 and will be taught by Maggie Creed, CFA, CFP.
